Q. How do I get an application?

Q. How long does the application process take?
Usually 2 days after the receipt of your application.
Q. Do we get to choose a lot?
The tenant is usually given a choice of lots that will accommodate their home's size, water lines, awnings, sheds, etc. The final decision however is the landlords.
Q. Is there a deposit required to hold that lot?
We require a non-refundable deposit of one month's lot rent. This covers our expenses of preparing the lot for your home.
Q. Do you allow pets?
Yes, we sure do. We understand that pets can constitute a vital part of a person's life. However we do have rules governing their stay here.
Q. Are there any extra fees charged a month like for number of persons in the home, water, sewer or garbage?
No. It is included with the lot rent. The only extra fee, and it is optional, is for pets. It is $5.00 per month, per pet, whether cat or dog.
Q. Are there any homes for sale in the park?
Yes. All homes are privately owned and sold, so please drive through the park and take down their phone numbers to call and ask for information and pricing.
Q. Is there a park office?
Yes, at 136 Pineleaf Drive. But we are open by appointment only, so please call first.
