- Q. How do I get an application?

- Q. How long does the application process take?
- Usually 2 days after the receipt of your application.
- Q. Do we get to choose a lot?
- The tenant is usually given a choice of lots that will accommodate their home's size, water lines, awnings, sheds, etc. The final decision however is the landlords.
- Q. Is there a deposit required to hold that lot?
- We require a non-refundable deposit of one month's lot rent. This covers our expenses of preparing the lot for your home.
- Q. Do you allow pets?
- Yes, we sure do. We understand that pets can constitute a vital part of a person's life. However we do have rules governing their stay here.
- Q. Are there any extra fees charged a month like for number of persons in the home, water, sewer or garbage?
- No. It is included with the lot rent. The only extra fee, and it is optional, is for pets. It is $5.00 per month, per pet, whether cat or dog.
- Q. Are there any homes for sale in the park?
- Yes. All homes are privately owned and sold, so please drive through the park and take down their phone numbers to call and ask for information and pricing.
- Q. Is there a park office?
- Yes, at 136 Pineleaf Drive. But we are open by appointment only, so please call first.
